This morning I sat down and made a comprehensive list of all the items I’ll need to clothe the next bunch of L110’s down the production line. I’ve sent the only remaining max level character who’s not visited Argus to begin the process (see above.) Now, I’ll be going back to the 90’s.
I had big plans for documenting this journey online, but having realised I don’t want to talk at length about this process and just get on with doing it instead, that’s what’s going to happen instead. This is however a scheduled reminder (to myself) that the UI overhaul I want to do with every character is still going to happen, but will start with my main and go from there. The new, overriding priority is to get as many people as possible to the Class Order Hall ‘levelling’ stage so that most of that can happen remotely.
It also means that it is time to delete a number of characters that I won’t play and have no real interest in any more. This includes a Worgen Druid and my Pandaran, freeing up slots for new characters to appear and move forward. I’ll go through the process of selling everything owned and making sure nothing is wasted, and then it will be time to move on. This has been long overdue, on reflection, and is part of a rather important process of letting go of parts of this game that are no longer of interest.
It is time to start the new year on a positive note.
