On days like today, I will admit I feel like a bit of a fraud, and then I look at everybody else who doesn’t actually have any news… except there was a new Beta push last night, buried within which was the realisation that actually, someone on the Dev Team might actually be reading my Blog. Some key components have changed for ‘The Fabulous’ achievement, and based on what I’ve seen on the PTR?

I think I’m probably best just listing these as they’ve changed.

The requirements to earn ‘The Fabulous’ are now as follows:

Fashionista [Hand] :: INCREASED TO 100 ITEMS
Fashionista [Shirt]  ::  DECREASED TO 15
Fashionista [Weapon & Off Hand] :: INCREASED TO 100 ITEMS
Fashionista [Back] :: INCREASED TO 200 ITEMS
Fashionista [Feet] :: INCREASED TO 100 ITEMS
Fashionista [Chest] :: INCREASED TO 100 ITEMS
Fashionista [Shoulder] :: INCREASED TO 100 ITEMS
Fashionista [Tabard] :: DECREASED TO 15
Fashionista [Wrist] :: INCREASED TO 100 ITEMS
Fashionista [Waist] :: INCREASED TO 100 ITEMS
Fashionista [Legs] :: INCREASED TO 100 ITEMS
Fashionista [Head] :: INCREASED TO 100 ITEMS

You might think this is a bit excessive, but knowing what I do from the PTR? It really isn’t.

As a rule, the majority of cloaks do not have a class restriction, and considering the number I own for mogging, I suspect I’m the tip of a quite large iceberg. The same is true for all those other items, and when you look at the amount of stuff mogged with, it is logical to raise the thresholds. It transpires as I was writing this the database itself was clearly updating, and now it is 100 of pretty much most things, one assumes to cover theose of use who *cough* here since Vanilla *cough.* If you’re now panicking about having the gear? Can I remind you of a cheap and easy way of gathering items without leaving your Garrison:

I have plenty of time to readdress the shortfall, and so do you.

  1. WoWhead has the back requirement back down to 25 this morning.

I’m not worried about it. They can make it as easy or difficult as they wish. I am stockpiling raw cloth to just make what ever I need.

  2. Is the wardrobe function account wide? Just wondering if it’ll give me an edge if I’m stockpiling large crates across 24 different toons.

  4. I understood that the big crates will stop dropping gear at some point. Is that conveniently after the fashionista patch but before Legion proper hits?
